S.L.A.M. High is a summer program for high school youth, with a focus on Sport & Entertainment Management, Leadership, Art of Entrepreneurship, and Marketing & Media. This program will provide high school students with a competitive advantage to compete in the world’s market. S.L.A.M. High is based on the three core competencies entrepreneurs must master to succeed; Cashflow Management, Personnel Management, and Distribution Management.
Through our new partnerships with the NFL and NBA, we have developed a strategic and fun way to engage the students in the program’s focus and the three competencies of entrepreneurship.
G.O.O.D. Kids Inc. has developed a Flag Football and Basketball League for summer camps. Participants in the S.L.A.M. High program will coordinate and manage these leagues. The youth will be divided in all four focuses of the program:
- Sports & Entertainment Management
- Leadership
- Art of Entrepreneurship
- Marketing & Media
The youth will be guided and taught by professionals in each focus.
Each day will consist of hands-on activities pertaining to the leagues and class time pertaining to the focus of the program. This program will run Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all students each day. Transportation to league games and other program field trips will be provided by G.O.O.D. Kids Inc.
